RTC is seeking entrepreneurial leaders to spearhead the development of new buy-and-build platforms. These Operating Partners will work with the RTC team on the development of the investment thesis and acquisition pipeline, and upon successful execution of the first acquisition of a strategy will become the CEO of the platform (or take on another key leadership role).

The candidate should be a proven business leader with deep experience in the field, with successful experience in a PE-backed company preferred. The candidate should also have deep M&A experience and have a vision for strategic M&A in their industry.

Focus on North American Professional, Infrastructure, Industrial, Business and Healthcare services markets with:

• Sustainable growth tailwinds
• High degree of fragmentation
• Benefits to consolidation that unlock top-line and cost synergies
• Significant multiple arbitrage opportunity by scaling from micro/lower market scale to mid-market growth platform
