Pendelton King Sr. is chairman of the investment committee at RTC Partners. He is also president and CEO of his own firm, King Capital, where he has managed capital and invested in the fixed-income and equity market since 1992. Prior to King, he was at Solomon Brothers for 15 years, becoming partner for the last seven, where he sold and created taxable bonds. He graduated from Princeton University in 1976.
Nurbek Turdukulov is on the investment committee at RTC Partners. He has more than twenty years of experience in private financing as well as significant operational experience as a corporate executive. He has started, developed and merged several successful projects in telecommunications and health care industries. These ventures include a leading mobile phone operator, a FTTP broadband internet provider and an international network of medical diagnostic laboratories. He has extensive experience in investing in small and medium-size companies. Nurbek earned his MS in Economics from Kyrgyz-Slavic University and his BS in Economic Cybernetics from the State University of Management (Moscow, Russia).
Tony Brindisi focuses on portfolio operations at RTC Partners. Prior to joining RTC, he worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), leading a series of organizational transformations, developing and implementing operational improvement and capital allocation strategies for a wide range of clients. Prior to BCG, Tony was the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Keller Group, where he helped build the company and lead it to a successful acquisition into a private equity roll-up strategy. Tony earned his MBA at Columbia Business School, and holds a BS in business administration from The Ohio State University.
Chris Lee concentrates on M&A and portfolio finance at RTC Partners. Prior to joining RTC, he worked on the investment team at Coller Capital, focusing on direct and co-investments. Christopher began his career as an M&A and Capital Markets attorney at O’Melveny & Myers before joining Evercore as an investment banker, where he advised clients across a broad range of industries on M&A, debt restructurings, capital raises and other strategic decisions. Christopher holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Harvard College.
Ryan Thorpe focuses on portfolio operations at RTC Partners. Prior to joining RTC, he worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, leading clients across a range of industries on topics including strategy, commercial improvement, and acquisitions. Areas of experience include analytics, go-to-market commercial, corporate finance, and transactions and integration. Prior to McKinsey and Company, Ryan was a manager at First Manhattan Consulting Group, where he led an fast growing expansion into a new geographical market. Ryan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Harvard College.
Bryan Carruthers focuses on portfolio operations at RTC Partners. Prior to joining RTC, Bryan was founder of several companies, including cloud based project budget management software and a program management consulting firm which he sold to national professional services and engineering firm, NV5, Inc. After the sale, Bryan became COO of Program Management for NV5 focusing on M&A and organic growth initiatives. Bryan holds a BS in Engineering, Civil Specialty from Colorado School of Mines.
Ashley Chang works on deal execution and portfolio operations at RTC Partners. Prior to joining RTC, she was a part of the direct investment team at Quilvest Private Equity, focusing on the execution and due diligence of leveraged buyouts and growth equity opportunities. Ashley began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, where she focused on advisory services in mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings. Ashley holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business.
